About The Position

Valley Cooperative Association (VCA) is a member-owned Cooperative focused on providing the finest baking & brewing ingredients, supplies, and business services. VCA maximizes success through customized and highly responsive service, and delivery of food ingredients, products, and packaging. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials. This role ensures that all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing strategies. In addition, the role collaborates with other team members to execute cohesive campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, promotion, social media or event planning, within a marketing team.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and all Microsoft applications.
• Experience working on Windows based PC; Macs are not currently supported.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in monitoring and designing social media platforms and SEO strategies.
• Demonstrated initiative in learning about and growing marketing knowledge and strategic marketing approaches.
