Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience in vertical or segment marketing.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement vertical-specific marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and customer segmentation to identify trends, needs, and opportunities.
  • Create compelling content and campaigns tailored to vertical audiences (e.g., brochures, case studies, webinars).
  • Collaborate with sales and merchandising to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email, and social media for verticals.
  • Support trade shows, publications, industry events, and customer advisory boards relevant to assigned verticals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation metrics.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and provide insights to inform positioning and vertical marketing strategy.

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position will be 90,000 to 112,000 annually.
