The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role will focus on digital marketing initiatives including advertising campaigns, website content, email campaigns, and paid media strategies, ensuring that all campaigns align with brand standards, business objectives, and customer needs. The Marketing Campaigns Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations for ongoing campaign improvement.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design, content marketing or copywriting
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, or other design tools
  • Experience with paid social budgets, advertising platforms, and email marketing
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create content they will engage with
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
  • Strong understanding of the principals of digital, social media and eCommerce marketing and best practices
  • Experience working with content management systems, a plus
  • Ability to travel (15%), work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Positive attitude that is enthusiastic about our mission of serving our customers

Nice To Haves

  • Photo and video experience including planning, shooting and editing is a plus
  • Experience working with content management systems, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across print, paid digital advertising, social media, email, and web channels.
  • Produce and coordinate marketing content and assets for use across campaign touchpoints, including email, paid media, print collateral, and website content.
  • Manage and maintain the Marketing Calendar, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution of campaign deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for lead generation, engagement, and ROI.
  • Conduct research to stay informed on marketing, advertising, and industry trends, applying insights to campaign strategies.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support internal communications campaigns when needed.
  • Prepare and present campaign status updates and performance reports to management.
