Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, HR, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, recruiting, sourcing, or advertising
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and job boards
• Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for marketing, sourcing, and advertising efforts
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies
• Oversee job posting distribution across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
• Drive sourcing efforts through proactive outreach and networking
• Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns for ROI
• Collaborate with HR, Account Management, and Operations teams
• Track and report key metrics (applications, leads, conversions, engagement)
• Train, mentor, and coach team members
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards
