As a Marketing Software Development Manager, you will lead a small pod of developers responsible for building and maintaining marketing-focused software and digital commerce solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, active development work, and delivery ownership. You will work closely with Marketing, Design, and Product partners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions using a Kanban-based workflow. In addition to managing the team, you are expected to contribute code, mentor developers, and uphold strong engineering practices.
