Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Knowledge of computer programs and ability to toggle between different programs.
• Guest Service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adjust communication style.
• Accurate data entry skills required.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods.
• Must display a passion for their duties and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior guest service by demonstrating and up-selling Player’s card benefits and promotions.
• Promotes the Player’s Club program by recruiting, enrolling, and educating guests.
• Handles guest concerns, inquiries, and requests expediently.
• Maintains detailed awareness of current and upcoming property events and promotions.
• Handles reservation requests for events, hotel, and concerts.
• Operates communication equipment and maintains accurate records.
• Assists in execution of special promotional events and player parties.
• Creates a fun environment for guests appropriate to a casino setting.
