About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our team in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will conduct market research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals and other experts to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts. You will collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand, helping to shape marketing campaigns and strategies. Additionally, you will plan and develop ideas for creative marketing and promotional campaigns, implementing marketing strategies while effectively managing marketing budgets. You will manage the company's website using a custom-developed CMS, conduct large-scale semantic research, and maintain the site through regular updates and troubleshooting. Utilizing HTML and Photoshop for content creation and website design is essential. Engaging in social media marketing (SMM) to relay product messages to the target audience, enhancing the company's online visibility, and participating in exhibitions and other professional events are also key responsibilities. You will lead and develop content marketing production and promotional strategies and channels by creating SEO-friendly content based on competitive analysis and industry trends. Regular internal analytics will be conducted to investigate and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, implementing strategies using tools like Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Netpeak to identify and resolve SEO issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social science fields such as Marketing, Sociology, or International Studies, or foreign equivalent degree.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing or promotional positions, such as PR Manager, Marketing Manager, Internet or Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO or Web Media Specialist.
  • Must have utilized the following skills/tech: Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Netpeak; Photoshop, HTML, CMS; SMM, Robot.txt file, sitemaps.
