You’ll be part of our Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness retail marketing team. This position will report into the Senior Marketing Manager – Pharmacy and Immunizations. The Marketing Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives to help acquire new customers, increase engagement with existing customers and drive enterprise value. In this role the Senior Analyst will be responsible for owned marketing channel development, execution, review processes, measurement and reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized and excels in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assists in the development and execution of marketing strategies, leveraging data to inform consumer facing messages that will drive awareness, consideration and preference.
  • Conducts market research to gather insights on healthcare industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Support marketing plan development and execution in partnership with internal teams including digital, creative, in-store experience, and operations.
  • Oversee email campaign execution and reporting, delivering insights to improve targeting, response rates, and downstream impact.
  • Manage .com digital content execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand messaging and seasonal updates.
  • Analyzes and interprets marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead Adobe Analytics reporting to monitor campaign effectiveness, user engagement and conversion trends, delivering reports and presentations to communicate key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Serve as budget owner for Immunization Marketing Initiatives, ensuring fiscal alignment with strategic priorities and manage end-to-end financial process.
  • Assist in managing the creative tracker to ensure timely asset delivery, maintain version control.
  • Develop and maintain a seasonal creative showcase that centralizes all campaign assets across channels and tactics, ensuring visibility, consistency, and alignment.
  • Maintain competitive analysis on a seasonal cadence to monitor market activity, identify emerging trends, and inform strategic pivots.
  • Acts as an independent self-starter but can also collaborate across internal and external teams.
  • Identifies areas of opportunity with a solutions-oriented mindset and has the tenacity to approach campaign pivots with a sense of urgency.
  • 2+ years in a marketing role with experience and knowledge of email, direct mail, digital, social channels, etc.
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience in retail marketing.
  • Experience working on fully integrated marketing campaigns.
  • A customer-first mindset that inspires the in-store and online customer experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to partner and manage cross-functional relationships with teams like creative, media, legal, finance, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to quickly identify trends in data, and recommend actionable next steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to convey information in an accessible, concise, and clear manner.
  • Able to work independently with analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Familiarity with project workflow management tools (e.g. Workfront) and analytic/reporting tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics or Tableau).
