Requirements

1+ years of direct sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience preferred not required
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Ability to train, motivate, and hold others accountable
Strong communication and closing skills
High energy and resilience in a performance-driven environment
Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

Solar or renewable experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Canvass neighboorhoods and engage with homeowners to discuss clean energy options at their door
Clearly communicate the benefits of renewable energy
Assist customers through the enrollment process
Meet performance goals and contribute to team success
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and compliance standards
Train, mentor, and hold reps accountable while fostering a competitive, goal-driven culture.
