About The Position

Frymaster designs, manufactures, and supplies best-in-class commercial fryers for the global foodservice market. As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to articulate the product story, support sales initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging across customer-facing materials. This position reports directly to the Manager, Marketing & Communications and is based in Shreveport, LA. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Industrial Marketing, or a related field
  • Interest in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B marketing and sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CRM systems, or content management tools

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating and updating marketing materials such as product sell sheets, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and website content
  • Help maintain product information, specs, and messaging across internal and external platforms
  • Support digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, website updates, and basic social media content
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries (photos, spec sheets, logos, product documentation)
  • Conduct market, customer, or competitor research related to manufacturing products and equipment
  • Provide support for trade shows, training events, factory visits, or product launches
  • Assist in preparing sales tools such as presentations, customer proposals, and distributor materials
  • Help update and organize CRM systems, lead lists, and sales activity tracking
  • Support the sales team with follow-ups, reporting, and coordination of customer-facing materials
  • Shadow sales meetings to learn about dealer/distributor relationships and the B2B sales process
