About The Position

Marketing & Sales for Tradeshows & Events Key Responsibilities Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies that grow MSM’s visibility, leads, and revenue from trade shows and events. Generate and qualify leads through industry outreach, networking, and participation in trade shows and events. Support the preparation of compelling pitches, RFP responses, and sales materials that communicate MSM’s value proposition and creative strengths. Drive pre-show, onsite, and post-show marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, social media activity, and post-event follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with client projects, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all deliverables. Track, analyze, and report on sales pipeline activity, trade show ROI, and marketing campaign effectiveness; adjust tactics based on insights. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to inform MSM’s marketing strategies and offerings. Foster relationships with potential clients and partners through proactive communication, presentations, and networking, supporting overall business development goals. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or a related field preferred. 1-3+ years of professional experience in tradeshow account management, event marketing, or related field (agency or experiential environment preferred). Proven record of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills. Experience preparing budgets, proposals, and reports. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to problem-solve under deadline pressure. Salary range for these positions is purposefully broad. The initial compensation offered may be outside of this range and will be determined by multiple factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, and education. This role offers significant opportunities for growth in terms of role development and compensation. This position is a hybrid role, requiring Tuesday - Thursday in the Webster, NY location. Requirements
