At Call Box, we created a first-of-its-kind call tracking software that is used by thousands of businesses with technology unmatched by our competitors. We rely on a cross-functional team of internal Marketing and Sales Specialists to build our marketing campaigns and pursue every lead generated. Our marketing campaigns are focused on increasing awareness of our brands, telling our brand stories, generating qualified leads, and engaging current users. As a Marketing SDR at Call Box, you will work in the Marketing Department and conduct strategic outreach to qualified leads generated by the marketing team - specifically from inbound demo requests, content requests, industry conferences, and tactical outreach campaigns, such as ABM campaigns and mail campaigns. The goal of this role will be to use various communication methods, such as phone calls, emails, and text messages, to skillfully convert leads into set discovery meetings with territory Account Executives, closely following outlined outreach cadences. Furthermore, this role will be tasked with managing a robust pipeline of various lead types, determining lead quality, as well as developing new initiatives and techniques that help improve lead conversion. This role works closely with the Marketing Team and reports directly to the Senior Marketing SDR. Additionally, this individual must work well cross-departmentally and will get significant exposure to the executive team.
