About The Position

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales and Marketing team through the coordination of collateral production, event planning, vendor management, and providing administrative support. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials, along with managing various administrative tasks such as report generation and budgeting assistance.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and vendor management.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with email marketing software and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review collateral requests from various departments.
  • Assign tasks for design and production to internal team members or external vendors.
  • Assist with event-related collateral preparation and distribution.
  • Manage the production of print and digital materials such as brochures and advertisements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with print vendors and manage production schedules.
  • Prepare regular status reports detailing the progress of ongoing collateral and event preparations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Compile and generate sales reports for the sales team.
  • Input and track sales activity goals for each sales representative.
  • Assist with the completion and submission of expense reports.
