The Marketing & Sales Associate position at Formax Construction LLC is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates or those nearing completion of their degree.   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach.
  • Support sales efforts by generating high-quality leads for new projects in multi-family, commercial, and government sectors.
  • Follow up with leads, manage communication, and track engagement.
  • Assist with preparing proposals, quotes, and sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Help develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
  • Assist with creating marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content, etc.) to promote services.
  • Collaborate on advertising and digital marketing campaigns targeting government contracts and infrastructure projects.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at potential and current clients.
  • Occasionally meet with clients, contractors, and government officials to represent the company.
  • Maintain an organized database of client information and track ongoing communications.
  • Track the success of marketing campaigns, including ROI, lead conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  • Regularly report on progress toward sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, or related field (or currently completing your degree).
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to meet clients or attend meetings with local government entities as needed.
