About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 25lbs.
• High-end customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn departmental computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new club members into the Foxwoods Rewards program.
• Accurately redeem promotional coupons and programs.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guests.
• Welcome guests arriving by bus and inform them about schedules and attractions.
• Walk the casino floor to provide information on property and promotional events.
• Register players for the Rewards Card.
