About The Position
ACC is seeking a proactive Marketing and Resident Experience Specialist to maximize and drive revenue through strategic marketing and leasing efforts. This role balances marketing initiatives with comprehensive leasing responsibilities, including conducting tours, coordinating move-ins, and managing room assignments. You'll amplify resident engagement and oversee community events - essential in creating a vibrant living environment to maintain high occupancy and retention rates.
