The Marketing Representative will play a crucial role in promoting in-home wound care services within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. This position involves identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential referral sources, which includes daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, and assisted living facilities. The representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with both new and existing referral sources, ensuring a steady flow of workable patient referrals to the agency. In addition to relationship building, the Marketing Representative will schedule and present information about the agency's wound care programs and services to various community organizations, including doctors' offices, hospitals, medical centers, senior centers, and rehabilitation facilities. This outreach aims to reach eligible home wound care patients and enhance the agency's visibility in the community. The representative will also be expected to research and participate in marketing and networking events, health and wellness fairs, and other community events throughout the DFW area to generate new relationships and business opportunities. The role requires conducting consultations with potential clients, answering questions, and providing guidance on the agency's services. It is essential to maintain complete and concise written documentation relating to all sales activities to ensure appropriate lead tracking and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Home Care or Wound Care Marketing, a solid understanding of Medicaid/Medicare guidelines, and existing contacts within the local area.
