Want to use your marketing superpowers to help people? Read this carefully — this might be the most important job post you'll read this year. We're looking for one specific person. You love marketing. Not the theory of it — the doing of it. You get a little obsessed with tracking why one email crushed and another flopped. You think about campaigns in the shower. You get genuinely fired up when something you built brings in real results. But here's the thing: you don't just want to sell widgets or push products nobody cares about. You want your work to matter. That's why this role at Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy might be exactly what you've been looking for. What You'll Actually Do You'll own marketing for three of our six Central PA physical therapy clinics — Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, and Shrewsbury — working shoulder-to-shoulder with the clinical directors and the leadership team. Your job, boiled down to one sentence: bring in new patients and bring back past patients so our clinicians can do what they do best — help people get back to normal naturally. That means you'll be: Reactivating past patients through email campaigns, newsletters, text outreach, and our 30,000-person patient database — people who've been helped before and just need a reason to come back Converting cold audiences through direct mail, Facebook ads, and Google campaigns — reaching people in pain who don't know we can help yet Running and promoting workshops — coordinating our education events, following up with attendees, and converting interest into appointments Building word-of-mouth systems — creating structured ways for happy patients to tell their friends and family Tracking what works — measuring results across all three clinics, reporting on what's moving the needle, and doubling down on what wins You'll be reporting on real numbers. New patients per clinic. Reactivations. Workshop conversions. You'll know exactly whether you're winning.
