Client Retention & Upselling: Build trust with existing accounts by providing proactive solutions, regular check-ins, and opportunities for expanded services. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on time. What We’re Looking For: Proven B2B Experience: A track record of success in commercial sales, account management, or business development within a B2B environment is required.
