Requirements

• Understanding of occupational health principles and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel regularly within Illinois and Indiana.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns to local employers surrounding the clinics to increase brand visibility and market penetration
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and strategic partners
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, health fairs, and community functions
• Identify and generate qualified leads for the VP of occupational health
• Connect with the account decision maker to identify new business opportunities
• Track and report outreach activities and contact leads in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Distribute marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging in the field
• Provide feedback to VP of occ health regarding customer needs and market dynamics
