What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact every day by: Strengthening agency relationships— You’ll analyze your territory, identify the most promising agencies, and help them grow within our market definition. Adding value on every interaction— Your visits and calls with agency partners will be purposeful, proactive, and centered around helping them succeed. Driving growth and profitability— You’ll own performance goals for both your territory and each agency you support. Leading operational collaboration— You’ll guide the operations team in agency review discussions and translate decisions into actionable next steps. Supporting underwriting and new business— You’ll help agents quote and write business using your underwriting authority and our established processes . Expanding our agency footprint— You’ll continuously develop a pipeline of prospective agencies aligned with Celina Insurance Group’s goals. Developing agency talent— You’ll help train producers, CSRs, and other agency staff on our products and systems. Clarifying performance insights— You’ll support agents in understanding key production and status reports. Coordinating communication— You’ll help connect home office personnel with the field when needed. Staying organized and accountable— You’ll complete expenses and weekly progress reporting in a timely, professional manner. At least three years of experience in underwriting or marketing with a property & casualty insurance carrier. Possess or working towards AU, CPCU, CIC, or similar insurance credentials.
