About The Position
Southern Industries Home Improvements LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Outside Marketing Representative to join our team. This position can be either full-time or part-time, offering uncapped commissions with an earning potential of $45,000 to $55,000 per year or more. As an Outside Marketing Representative, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, playing a crucial role in our marketing department. Your primary responsibility will be to canvass neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers face-to-face to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their marketing and sales skills in a dynamic environment. You will receive comprehensive training to learn our sales techniques and marketing strategies. The role requires high energy and strong communication skills, as you will be standing or walking for up to 8 hours a day while interacting with homeowners. We are looking for team players who are money-motivated and possess a strong work ethic. As you grow in this role, there are opportunities for advancement to positions such as Team Leader and Marketing Manager. A valid driver's license is preferred, and candidates must be able to pass a background check. This is not a digital or remote position; you will be working outdoors, engaging directly with the community.
