About The Position

MITER Brands™ is a residential window and door manufacturer that provides a leading portfolio of window and door brands for the new construction and replacement segments. MITER Brands, also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGTI is one of the nation's largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. We are looking for a Regional Marketing Representative to support the sales and marketing team in Sacramento, CA. In this role you will coordinate on-location and off-location activities, perform purchase responsibilities, and disseminate marketing materials.

Requirements

• 5 + years of marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
• Building product experience preferred.
• Excellent customer facing skills.
• Superb communication skills, including strong writing and presentation skills.
• Social Media and other digital experience.
• Showroom merchandising.
• Event planning.
• Technology-savvy.
• Media placement experience.
• Must have a strong sense of urgency, high energy, and self-motivation; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote and coordinate plant tours, training, and dealer events.
• Manage and track promotional rebates in a timely fashion.
• Plan, manage, and track the marketing budget.
• Drive lead generation programs.
• Work with corporate and regional marketing to keep brand identity and messaging uniform across locations.
• Create effective marketing plans to support location revenue goals.
• Coordinate and assist the sales team and customers in home show activities.
• Manage and drive coop utilization, lead generation programs, and other initiatives with Milgard Dealers.
• Work closely with outside sales reps to support dealer initiatives.
• Multi-task and prioritize projects.
