As a Marketing Representative In House, you will be responsible for managing pre-arrival allocations for Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members, RCI exchangers, renters, and other marketing-identified customers who are staying on property. Your role will involve making calls to these assigned leads before their arrival, offering customer and marketing services, and inviting eligible guests to participate in a qualified timeshare sales presentation during their stay. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that you project a professional company image. After guests check in, you will conduct in-room calls to owners, renters, and exchanges to book them for a presentation if they were not collected face-to-face at check-in.
