Meet or exceed expectations for both face to face and phone marketing metrics. Executes Strategy Execute tactical marketing plans as set by the marketing leadership to exceed plan; tour & package flow, cost/sales, efficiency, and net volume targets for local Marketing. Train & onboard marketing team members. Champion Hilton quality customer care culture throughout all Marketing channels. Secure future business through package sales. Drives Execution Handle marketing related guest issues as determined by marketing leadership. Assist with tour or marketing related issues. Responsible for Marketing presence at Sales Centers as needed. Build and Lead Talent Assist with ongoing training to increase production. Proactively seek and schedule ongoing workshops and training sessions to support maximum production, team building and corporate culture. Coach the marketing team related to guest service and marketing constantly. Demonstrate and champion the usage of correct policies and procedures. Drive for Results Monitor the Marketing Coordinator’s sales pitch and customer interactions on a consistent basis. Facilitate marketing initiatives on the floor. Create and foster and motivated team environment out in the field. Assists with managerial responsibilities as needed. Overall Must be available to work a flex schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Carries out all reasonable requests by management.
