About The Position
The Release Train Engineer (RTE) will coordinate and facilitate all Agile Release Train events, ensuring alignment with the Release Train value stream. This role acts as an escalation point for obstacles faced by Development Teams, empowering them to remove impediments and collaborating with the Program Team to address risks and issues. The RTE will also support the Agile community within Navy Federal, promoting a Lean/Agile mindset and helping to develop training and workshops as needed.
