This role will be focused on executing tests for client marketing campaigns and web applications. The ideal candidate will bring an awareness of the lifecycle and workflows of digital marketing from customer personas and user journeys through interpretation of data to deliver insights and actionable findings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience from an agency or corporate marketing role, be familiar with financial services-industry subject matter, comfort delivering on short timelines, and possess a strong eye for detail. Th Marketing QA Analyst will be responsible for evaluating whether a campaign, application, or service meets our high standards and expectations for quality (E.g., functionality, usability, performance). They will collaborate within a cross-functional team to identify potential issues in a campaign or application and prepare finding reports for project leaders to review.
