About The Position
We are hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience from day one. As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you’ll work directly with national brands and promotional campaigns, supporting live events, product launches, and experiential marketing activations while building valuable marketing skills.
Requirements
- Interest in marketing, promotions, event marketing, or brand management

Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live events
- Engage directly with customers and event attendees to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Communicate brand messaging clearly and professionally
- Support event setup, logistics, and breakdown
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to meet campaign goals
- Represent brands with a positive, energetic, and professional presence
