Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or events
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for marketing
  • Strong verbal communication and people skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment
  • Dependable with strong time management and organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands at live retail events and create engaging, face-to-face interactions
  • Promote products and services through clear, confident communication
  • Assist in executing event marketing strategies and achieving campaign goals
  • Educate customers on brand offerings, promotions, and service benefits
  • Set up, support, and break down event displays and materials
  • Track engagement, record customer interactions, and report insights to the team
