Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or promotions role preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms)
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy
• Coordinate logistics for promotional events and campaign launches
• Help produce marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members
• Maintain marketing databases and promotional inventory
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
