Our movement of community change agents and hand-raisers is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Projects Director to help build on this momentum. The Marketing Projects Director will manage marketing deliverables for key projects and initiatives related to United Way impact programs, donor affinity groups, employee giving and community marketing campaigns. From initial concept development to final execution, the Marketing Projects Director must be able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to create communications and messaging consistent with the United Way LIVE UNITED brand. The Marketing Projects Director will also provide strategic planning and marketing expertise during development of cross-functional United Way initiatives, events, and communications. Additionally, the Marketing Projects Director will contribute to strategic planning discussions, coordinate scheduling for planning meetings and calls. This role will assist in setting goals and KPIs for marketing projects and will be responsible for collecting and reporting on performance. A “go-getter” attitude, an ability to build working relationships, and a track record of getting things done, effectively and correctly are all highly valued skills. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, an excellent customer service attitude, a willingness to solve hard problems and ability to operate independently.
