About The Position

This position will provide logistical and production-side support to the marketing group within the Clean Energy Solutions (CES) organization, servicing the commercial and industrial energy efficiency portfolio and assisting in the delivery of a complex multi-channel marketing plan. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field with professional history of three years in a marketing or related-industry environment.
  • In lieu of Bachelor's 7 years of experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail; ability to perform rigorous QA/QC on marketing collateral.
  • Demonstrated copyediting capabilities, with a background in upholding company brand and style standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with content production systems such as Wrike and monday.com.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience coordinating work items and associated deliverables across multiple internal business units, as well as vendor relations.
  • Sufficient knowledge of energy efficiency and subsequent programmatic offerings/customer value propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Support production processes for a suite of B2B marketing assets, which could include paid media (i.e., banner ads, video, email, sponsored-content features, SEM), collateral (i.e., flyers, banners), case studies, website content, etc.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders representing multiple business units, including corporate communications, legal, program staff, etc.
  • Provide strategic marketing viewpoints and direction, participating in plan development and implementation activities.
  • Ad hoc marketing support projects, as assigned.
