About the team and the role: An eBay company, TCGplayer is on a quest to be the most trusted trading card game (TCG) platform — connecting and empowering the hobby community. Founded by and for TCG enthusiasts, we operate a global marketplace, and create tools, technologies and solutions that help small businesses simply and profitably sell TCGs at scale. As a Marketing Project Manager you will join the Marketing Design & Operations team, and will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders from marketing, partnerships and the broader organization. You will be a key driver of projects, empowering the team to deliver with velocity and balance, propelling TCGplayer's goals and purpose.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing projects in e-commerce or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
  • Proficiency in Jira or a similar project management software
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Exhibits strong initiative and self-motivation, maintaining high personal standards and delivering quality results with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to adapt and support project teams through change

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones for marketing campaigns and initiatives that are aligned with Marketing standard practice.
  • Responsible for the execution of multiple simultaneous projects and campaigns, overseeing the full project lifecycle up to project completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams at various levels, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of marketing projects including identifying, escalating and removing blockers for the team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, partnerships, product, customer experience, and more, facilitating regular communication and updates around progress and changes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, outcomes, and lessons learned to functional leaders.
  • Foster a culture of flexibility within the team, encouraging responsiveness and agility in project execution.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
