The Marketing team at TRM is small but mighty — a fast-moving group that sits at the intersection of brand, product, content, and revenue. This role is perfect for someone who loves to keep people organized, projects on track, and communication crisp. You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing to unlock the team’s speed and execution by coordinating projects, managing calendars, and tightening communication loops.

Requirements

  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and love creating clarity in chaos.
  • You write well — from async updates to polished meeting notes and project briefs.
  • You’re proactive and unafraid to chase down next steps, calendar conflicts, or unanswered questions.
  • You’ve worked in or supported marketing teams and understand the rhythms of campaigns, cross-functional launches, and creative workflows.
  • You’re tech-comfortable: navigating GCal, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and project trackers without friction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate webinars, manage non-technical website updates (blogs, reports, whitepapers), and support content production with external vendors.
  • Own meeting hygiene by compiling agendas, capturing next steps, and tracking follow-ups for recurring marketing meetings.
  • Manage quarterly OKR roll-ups, prepare departmental reports, and support communication of priorities and results across the company.
  • Oversee swag inventory and handle vendor relationships, invoices, and payments for creative and operational needs.
  • Support ad hoc requests from internal partners (Talent, Engineering, Legal, etc.) requiring marketing coordination.
  • Assist the VP of Marketing with expense filings, approvals, and light administrative needs.
