About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Project Assistant Co-Op, working four (4) days per week to join our team and support a variety of marketing and brand initiatives across the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience contributing to marketing campaigns, communications, and project coordination efforts that support the company’s overall brand strategy and business objectives.

As a Marketing Project Assistant Co-Op, you will gain exposure to a range of marketing activities, including campaign execution, content support, marketing communications, and project tracking. You will work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners, contributing ideas and support that help drive marketing initiatives forward and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 0–1 years of related internship, co-op, or academic project experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

• Photography or photo editing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and execution of marketing projects and integrated marketing campaigns
• Help maintain project timelines, trackers, marketing assets, and deliverables
• Assist with creating and editing content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials
• Support development of internal and external marketing communications including print and digital materials
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives
• Help ensure marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Assist with presentations, reporting, and basic marketing data tracking
• Support meetings, event logistics, and general marketing team initiatives
