Available in 14 countries, we offer regionally specific programming through a large network of approved training providers to support employees in taking the next step in their career towards in-demand jobs. We are seeking a data driven Marketing Specialist to support our education campaigns in North America, supporting digital communications to our customers, and driving engagement and awareness of the program. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on increasing engagement for our associate population, driving awareness for the program and showcase operational efficiencies when applicable. This is a cross-functional role that requires close partnership across teams such as BI, Internal Communications, Education teams, and Benefits to manage multiple initiatives and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment.
