About The Position

The Marketing Program Manager for Global Campaigns & Programs at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for digital learning and certification products. This role focuses on building new marketing programs, utilizing data to identify opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the reach and effectiveness of AWS's digital learning initiatives. The position requires a strategic mindset to create integrated marketing plans and optimize performance based on market behavior.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with customer research and metrics to assess marketing program efficacy.
  • Familiarity with email, web, analytics, and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
