RESPONSIBILITIES This role is responsible for day-to-day execution and on time delivery of marketing materials. You’ll be our go-to production expert behind the camera and computer. That means you’d be responsible for capturing compelling video and photo content, editing and producing final deliverables, and managing projects from concept to completion within our team. The unique vehicles, products, and projects that flow through our operation every day need someone who can tell their stories and bring engaging visual content to life. You'll work directly with internal clients across various departments, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional creative work and outstanding service. As we expand to external clients, you'll have the opportunity to grow with us and take on increasingly complex and rewarding projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in video production and photography
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video and photo work across multiple styles and subjects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom minimum)
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording
- Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively across multiple projects
- Interpersonal communication skills and comfort working directly with clients/stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Sound decision-making skills

- Automotive interest or knowledge
- Account management or client services experience
- Graphic design skills (Illustrator, InDesign, or similar)
- Motion graphics and animation (After Effects)
- Social media platform knowledge and content creation experience
- Experience shooting on-camera talent or conducting interviews
- Experience with Digital Asset Management Tools
- Experience with Project Management Tools
Responsibilities
- Video Production | Shoot, light, and capture high-quality video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials
- Photography | Photograph products, vehicles, events, and other subject matter with a keen eye for composition and lighting
- Post-Production | Edit video and photos using industry-standard software to create polished, professional final deliverables
- Project Management | Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, manage deadlines, and communicate proactively with internal clients
- Client Relations | Act as a liaison between the marketing team and internal departments, understanding their needs and translating them into compelling visual content
- Creative Input | Contribute ideas for video concepts, photo shoots, and campaign strategies
- Asset Management | Organize and maintain our digital asset library for easy access and retrieval
