Experience in marketing production, creative operations, or project management is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with senior marketing leaders, vendors, and external partners to execute projects at scale.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in marketing production, creative operations, or project management roles.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Motion, Trello, Asana) and creative platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and external partners to execute production tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize creative production workflows, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of marketing assets across multiple channels.
  • Lead project tracking and reporting, leveraging tools like Motion, Trello, or Asana to monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and align stakeholders.
  • Drive operational efficiencies by refining production processes, improving timelines, and identifying areas for automation or optimization.
  • Oversee asset management, ensuring version control, file organization, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate large-scale content production efforts, including photoshoots, video shoots, and campaign asset creation.
  • Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors, ensuring alignment and clear communication on project requirements.
  • Monitor resource allocation and budget tracking, ensuring production costs align with financial targets.
  • Develop scalable workflows and best practices to support ongoing marketing production needs.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
