The Marketing Product Analyst ensures the vision of the marketing technology business need is achieved. In this role they are accountable for driving requirements, validating and signing off on solutions, and requesting production deployments. They serve as an advocate for the marketing team and ensuring marketing technology products provide a sufficient end user experience. The customer is looking for a strong problem solver, equipped with analytical and quantitative skills suited to approach various kinds of challenges. A critical thinker, able to deconstruct problems and transform insights into reporting that influences business decisions. A typical day in the life involves building and managing the weekly product performance report for sr leaders and product managers, ensuring they have the insights needed to make informed decisions. Leading the weekly product performance review is a key responsibility, where you will guide discussions on current metrics and future strategies. You'll also focus on educating the team on the effective use of data, helping them build better products through informed decision-making. Collaboration with product managers is crucial, from feature discovery to delivery, to ensure you leverage and capture quantitative and actionable data throughout the process. Additionally, you'll deliver data-driven recommendations based on ongoing reports and ad hoc analyses, providing valuable insights that drive product improvements and strategic initiatives. Beyond these tasks, you'll also consult with executives and other business leaders to identify improvement opportunities, create detailed reports and visualizations for stakeholders, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business decisions. This role often involves structuring large data sets to find usable information, processing data with a team of analysts, and crafting presentations based on my findings. This comprehensive approach ensures that data-driven strategies are both effective and aligned with our overall business goals.
