  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from initial concept through execution
  • Portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and original multimedia work
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; you thrive working with diverse teams
  • Comfort operating at pace—managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative concepts and execute broadcast-quality video content—from high-energy news promotions and branded commercials to station campaigns that resonate with audiences
  • Direct and manage complete video production workflows, commanding cinematography, audio engineering, and lighting design to achieve cinematic results
  • Create platform-native digital and social media content that drives engagement, amplifies reach, and builds community connection
  • Champion cross-departmental partnerships with news, sales, and programming teams to bring strategic marketing initiatives to life
  • Serve as the creative voice representing your station at high-profile public events, building meaningful connections and elevating brand presence
  • Special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned to support station growth and marketing objectives
