Join us this summer in our Overland Park, KS office as a Marketing Performance & Data Analytics Intern for our Summer Internship Program! Join our team as a Marketing Performance and Data Analytics Intern and build real-world experience in performance analytics, data analysis, and campaign optimization. You will work on active client projects, contribute insights that shape marketing strategy, and collaborate with a supportive team of experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds. This internship provides hands-on learning across multiple clients, projects, and business challenges, helping you develop practical analytics and marketing skills for your career. More about our internship Implement Website Tracking: Assist in setting up website tracking tools to monitor key metrics like traffic, conversions, and user behavior Media Creative Reporting: Help track and report on the performance of media creatives across platforms, analyzing engagement and conversion data Dashboard Development: Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards to visualize campaign performance and key metrics KPI Projections: Contribute to projecting KPIs based on data analysis to help set realistic performance goals Global Project: Collaborate with fellow interns across the global agency on a shared client project and gain real-world exposure to cross-market strategy Our Marketing Performance & Data Analytics Intern will gain experience working in tools/platforms like: Tableau, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Campaign Manager, BigQuery, and more

Requirements

  • Data Analytics/Business/Marketing Knowledge: A basic understanding or interest in data analytics, business, or marketing. The ability to see how data influences decision-making will be key.
  • Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to adapt and grow, staying open to new tools and industry trends.
  • Creative: Bringing fresh ideas and thinking outside the box, especially when working with data and problem-solving.
  • Innovative: Proactively looking for new ways to improve processes and drive better results.
  • Proactive: Taking initiative and anticipating needs without waiting for direction.
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
