The Marketing Operations Lead understands marketing operations as a revenue-driving function and is focused on scale, efficiency, and growth. This role is a builder and problem-solver who ensures the details are right so the team can focus on converting high‑quality leads into revenue. You will own HubSpot end‑to‑end, manage campaign operations, oversee analytics and reporting, and continuously optimize how marketing operates . This role partners closely with Creative & Brand, Sales Operations, the GTM team, and agency partners.
