The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role in enabling efficient, data-driven marketing execution across campaigns, events, and digital channels. This role supports the planning and delivery of marketing programs by managing campaign setup, ensuring process consistency, and optimizing operational workflows. Working closely with the central and regional Marketing, Training, Alliance, and Ecosystem teams, this person ensures that every campaign is executed with accuracy, efficiency, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with firm deadlines, and eager to grow within a high-performing marketing operations environment while being an integral part of the larger Marketing Operations roadmap work. This role can be based anywhere in the U.S., but there is a preference for candidates based in California, ideally in San Diego or Orange County
