About The Position

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at BIP Capital, you will play a critical role in driving marketing operations across five unique brands. This position involves managing and optimizing the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and CRM systems, while ensuring streamlined workflows, actionable analytics, and seamless multi-channel campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and contribute to maximizing the effectiveness and ROI of marketing efforts in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or related field.
  • 3-5 years in marketing operations and digital marketing, ideally in a startup, agency environment, and/or venture capital, private equity, or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Platforms: HubSpot (Marketing/CRM), Webflow.
  • Experience with Analytics and Reporting: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Excel, Airtable, DataBox.
  • Content Creation skills using tools like Canva, Descript, Semrush, Loom.
  • Experience with Social Media and Media Management: LinkedIn, Buffer, YouTube, podcast software (e.g., Riverside, PodBean).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting abilities, with experience in tools like DataBox.
  • Clear and effective writing and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation, intellectual curiosity, and resourcefulness.
  • Familiarity with adhering to industry regulations, including SEC compliance, that impact marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own, execute, and optimize investor communications and our marketing CRM, ensuring effective workflows, contact list data health, and seamless integration with HubSpot, Zoom, and other tools.
  • Develop and manage HubSpot workflows for transactional and marketing emails, supporting digital activations for in-person and virtual events.
  • Oversee all brand websites hosted on Webflow, integrated with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing software, and monitor analytics for opportunities and infrastructure improvements.
  • Use DataBox to create data dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights for marketing strategies and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage and distribute content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Buffer, for optimal reach and engagement.
  • Actively contribute and create operational enhancements for the five brands' marketing support by identifying growth opportunities, acquiring internal buy-in, and executing to a high degree.
  • Build and manage multi-channel workflows in HubSpot, ensuring alignment with various brand strategies.
  • Create and optimize email campaigns and other touchpoints, adapting approaches to meet the fast-paced marketing needs and deliverables.
  • Generate regular performance reports to track ROI, suggest optimizations, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Leverage A/B testing and insights to improve strategies continually.
  • Proficiency with podcast software like Riverside and PodBean is essential for supporting media creation across brands.
  • Act as a conduit between content creation and distribution, ensuring strategic alignment and consistency across platforms.
  • Identify distribution channels and impactful partners to increase podcast reach, audience, and impact.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, internal teams, and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to support the firm's marketing objectives.
  • Embrace a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, including contributing ideas and identifying ways to integrate AI tools to drive efficiency.
