The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the continuous improvement of the Marketing function by developing, executing, and managing projects, systems, and processes that enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with Quality Systems, and enable effective marketing program delivery. This position works cross-functionally to drive strategic planning, reporting, and execution excellence across key marketing initiatives.

  • Plan, organize, and manage internal and external resources to meet project goals and objectives while honoring project constraints.
  • Evaluate, manage, and modify marketing operations systems or tools to improve functionality and efficiency.
  • Create, maintain, and recommend enhancements to policies and procedures that impact the marketing function, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance compliance and effective use of marketing systems and tools.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret metrics related to marketing operations (e.g., LAR performance) to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate Health Care Professional (HCP) contracts and ensure timely submission of compensation requests following engagement activities, in alignment with compliance and transparency requirements.
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing-related events such as physician advisory boards, internal meetings, and other engagement activities - ensuring logistical excellence, compliance with BSC policies, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams) to ensure consistent processes and accurate documentation across projects.
  • Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all documented processes and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of combined experience.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a highly regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with success and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with marketing systems, CRM platforms, or digital tools.
  • Familiarity with HCP contracting processes and compliance protocols.
  • Prior experience in coordinating events or educational engagements.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and regulated documentation practices.
