For more than 30 years, TMA Systems has helped 3,000+ organizations maintain 4.5 billion sq ft of space with WebTMA®, Eagle CMMS, MEX, EQ2 HEMS, and-most recently-Virtual Facility, our AI driven alert prioritization platform. We’re expanding our product marketing function to accelerate growth within our product portfolio. This role, reporting to the head of brand and product marketing, will be a key contributor in shaping TMA’s approach to go to market. This role has significant growth opportunity and will be highly visible in the organization. The Marketing Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing our marketing technology and operations across multiple brands. This role ensures that marketing campaigns, data flows, and lead processes function with excellence and alignment to revenue goals. Reporting into the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, this position bridges the gap between strategy and execution, driving seamless handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps while working closely with external agency partners.
