About The Position
NewtekOne, Your Business Solutions Company, is a financial holding company that provides a wide range of business and financial solutions to the small- and medium-sized business (SMB) market. The company is looking to add a Marketing Operations Manager to the team. This role will oversee the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the company's business objectives. The Marketing Operations Manager will support the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) by driving cross-functional marketing execution efforts across the company. The ideal candidate will balance strategic oversight and hands-on execution, focusing on process improvement, policy enforcement, compliance, performance measurement, and collaboration to ensure marketing's contribution to overall business growth.
