As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will own and manage the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that powers our entire marketing engine. This includes managing marketing automation platform workflows, CRM campaigns, data enrichment workflows, lead routing, campaign attribution, reporting dashboards, and cross-platform integrations. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and works closely with Marketing. You will own all operational elements of Marketing while supporting data and workflow needs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You'll be responsible for protecting the integrity of our data and campaign structure while enabling our global marketers to execute at the highest level.
