You will be the foundational hire for the Marketing Operations function within Runpod’s lean, high-impact Marketing team. Our team operates at the intersection of developer community building, high-leverage content creation, and data-driven growth strategies. While you will sit within the Marketing team, your function is inherently cross-functional, requiring tight alignment with our RevOps, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey from prospect to power user. Runpod is seeking its first dedicated Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to serve as our Marketing Operations Lead. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role critical to scaling our Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) motions. You are the technical backbone of our marketing strategy, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems that capture, nurture, and route leads with efficiency and precision. The scope of this role is broad: you will own our marketing tech stack, starting with HubSpot, and integrate it with our website (Webflow), product data, and RevOps systems. Your success will be measured by the operational efficiency you bring to the GTM teams, the quality and flow of data, and your ability to rapidly stand up and measure complex, automated campaigns Your Impact This role offers a unique opportunity to define and build a GTM operations function from the ground up within one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies globally.
